The ground floor consists of a double height entrance hall opening on to very spacious lounge that has a beautiful vista across the pool to the sea. The lounge opens into a large modern kitchen/diner. Also on the ground floor are a double bedroom with en suite shower/wet room , a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and a separate shower and toilet.All the ground floor rooms open onto level terracing with direct sea views. Stairs lead to the first floor mezzanine level that overlooks the entrance hall and also has access to a covered terrace with seating and amazing sea views. There is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a large twin room with en suite shower room.All bedrooms have built in wardrobes with full length mirrors. All bath/shower rooms are tiled and have mixer taps and mirrors. Molo has full air conditioning and all bedrooms have ceiling fans also. Outside there is covered dining area, BBQ and terracing.
