This vacation home villa rental is just a few meters from the sea. It has stunning views to the sea and the sunset. there is a private terrace area and gardens surrounding the pool to one side of the property. This holiday villa consists of a large sitting/dining room with a fully fitted open plan kitchen at one end. The kitchen has a full size cooker with an oven and a dishwasher, and sufficient utensils for all your cooking needs. From the sitting room, three to four steps lead up to a hallway and all the bedrooms and the two bathrooms are off this hallway. Two of the bedrooms are twin bedded and the other has a double bed and of the two attractive good size bathrooms, one has a shower and the other a bath and a jacuzzi. A washing machine is provided in the bigger bathroom. The property is fully air conditioned and a satellite TV is provided in the sitting room. The villa is located in the area of Stavros, just 15km from the picturesque city of Chania. The villa is built within a private land of 4 acres. Within the private land there are two villas, villa Clio and villa Penelope which is positioned on the front and right side of villa Clio. The specific area in general has 5 holiday villas in total one very close to the other however all of them has its private land.
