The villa offers very beautiful views and combines traditional architecture with modern design. Villa is built with the latest construction techniques that ensure bioclimatic energy savings and lower environmental impact. 2 storey villa is 125m² with 28m² pool and private garden.
In the outdoor area next to the pool is a play area for children, a barbecue and a fireplace.
During the construction of the villa, care was taken to ensure that the possibilities of ecological construction were taken into account, energy-efficient and resource-saving, so that a burden on the environment is avoided as far as possible. The house offers approx. 125 m2 of living space, a small garden and a 24 m2 heated pool. In the surrounding area you will find many excursion possibilities, the famous Arkadi Monastery is only a few kilometres away. Shopping facilities, supermarket, bakery and some excellent tavernas are also within easy reach.
