Summary: Property is NOT on the beach. The two giant mansions across the busy street are however. Beach view is technically correct but you squint through a narrow private grassy area between two 4 story mansions. You have to access “the beach” through a public access area walking past trucks and vans free to park there anytime. The spiral staircase of the house dominating the view is noteworthy should you decide to stay at this property sold as “on the beach.” The first night there we did not walk to the beach across the street and through a poorly maintained public access area because two vans were parked there overnight and it did not look safe. Not a bad place but it is misleading to say “on beach” and once I got over this and the tiny kitchen without even a spatula, well you know all was great.
