Other things to note
Our home water is from a well and we have a softener salt system in place. The refrigerator and the separate faucet in the sink go through a RO sytem filtration which under the sink to drink and cook. Trash and recycle pickup is on Wednesdays, please take trash cans out in the morning or the night before. Keep trash and recycle bins outside inside the fence. Garage will smell if trash bins are kept inside. It is not allowed to smoke inside the home there will be a $250 fine if anyone smokes inside the house or garage, but smoke is allowed in the backyard or front porch. There will be bed linens and comforters. Towels will be provided based on registered guests. The living room TV is a Smart TV, you can stream anything from your phone to the TV, also there is internet available. No pets allowed. The master closet will be lock and not be available to use.
Pool will be open year-round and during colder month heating system for the pool will be available. Grill is to be kept on the outside of pool area due to grease can stain the pavers. The pool guy goes once a week normally on Mondays. Pre-rinse dishes at the sink before the use of the dishwasher please if you don't rinse first this can cause the dishwasher to clog. Only use dishwasher pots NOT dish soap.
We have beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach amenities at guest disposal to use. Please if any item is damage either replaced them or let us know so we can replace them for a fee.
