Enjoy Staying in a local Barbados home that is comfortable, secure and fully enclosed. This Island Home has a Spacious back deck and a tropical garden with BBQ Grill.
It is ideally located in Kingsland Heights, Christ Church which is within close proximity to the famous Oistins Fish Fry, Golf, Miami Beach and other south coast Beaches.
The space
Our Island Home sleeps 7 in total. It is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house which sleeps up to 5 persons in the Main house and an additional 2 persons in the 1 Bedroom Cottage* with ensuite bathroom. It is very comfortable for families staying on the island.
*The cottage will only be unlocked when your booking is over 5 guests*
This home also has a large deck with Speaker system and is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The property is fully enclosed and has a covered car garage.
Location
This home is located in the established residential neighborhood of Kingsland Heights. It would be advisable to rent a car or use a taxi to get around easily.
The closest Beach which is Miami Beach is less than 10 minutes drive away. Restaurants, Supermarkets and other amenities are also within 5-10 minutes drive. We recommend to get a car or taxi to get around as the bus stop is a 10 minute walk down the hill.
The Home
The home is well maintained and clean. All 4 bedrooms have Air conditioning. They all have comfortable beds for a good night’s sleep.
There is Fast WIFI (around 200Mbps) so you will have no problems working from home. There are Smart Televisions where you can connect your NETFLIX, YouTube, etc. They also have an Iron and ironing board. Linens, towels and basic toiletries are provided.
Sleeping Arrangements
This home has a Queen Bed with a Smart Television in the Master Bedroom. Bedroom 2 has a Double bed and bedroom 3 has a twin bed. The Cottage has a Queen Bed.
There is a full laundry room with washer and dryer.
The gardener comes once per month to cut lawns and manage plants.
Kitchen
The Kitchen is outfitted with Microwave, 4 burner Stove with oven, fridge, Toaster, Kettle, pots and pans. It also has Plates, mugs and all crockery and cutlery that you need. The supermarket is also 5 minutes drive away.

There is Vehicular Traffic noise from the Street Behind the back Garden.
