Summary: We did not have a great first impression from the beginning…I reached out a few days prior to book airport transfers and no one wrote me back. Once we arrived, the front desk staff was not friendly or did not seem like they wanted to help us with our bags. We rolled them in and had to ask for someone to bring our bags up to our room. The hotel and room look nothing like what photos they posted. Our room was very hot & just looked old and not well kept when we got in and we called the front desk to notify them about the AC & they said they’d send someone up- no one ever came and it was never followed up on. Also the AC vent is nowhere near the bed which makes no sense- we woke up hot throughout the night. This hotel has so much potential and I hate to leave a bad review but if they had friendlier staff who actually want to help the customers and were more honest about what their rooms and hotel actually looked like I would not be writing this. I would have switched hotels if I was staying in Naples multiple nights.
