A stunning, newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with stunning sea views, just 5 minutes walk from the iconic Mullins beach. You have your own private entrance with a few steps leading up to the apartment, however if you need accessibility, you can walk around to the ground floor bedroom and enter via the terrace doors. Mullins Beach Houses is set in its own plot, in a quiet area, but yet close to all amenities you need for a highly memorable holiday.
The sitting area which leads onto the balcony is ideal for sunset watching while sipping on a rum punch or having a glass of wine. The sitting room is ideal for catching up on the day's events, having a sundowner or just enjoying your favorite shows on our fully loaded firestick.
The dining table seats six people and is positioned right by the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, with modern appliances, for everything you need for a shared meal, take-out or private chef experience. The sitting room, dinning area and kitchen is fully Air conditioned.
There are 2 fully air-conditioned bedrooms. Bedroom 1 , has a king-sized bed, large built-in wardrobes and double terrace doors which lead onto a covered balcony overlooking the pool area. Bedroom 2 two, two large single beds, with similar built in wardrobes and a door leading onto the back covered balcony that also overlooks the pool area. These two bedrooms have the use of a shared shower room next door with a toilet and basin.
We have a magnificent outdoor space with a private pool, a covered cabana eating area, with tables, chairs and a BBQ. There are sun loungers for all to enjoy and the garden is an oasis for garden lovers. We have created a Zen area by the pool with a spa feel and Bali influences to allow you to relax and soak up the atmosphere.
Please note, that here in Barbados the water from the tap is filtered through natural limestone making it safe for drinking and all other daily use. We also offer solar water heating, once you allow the water to run for a bit the tap water will automatically become hot at all showers and taps.
We have a dedicated House Manager, Kalista who is here to ensure you have a wonderful and stress-free stay with us. We offer a concierge service that is managed by Kalista which includes catering for those who wish to use it.
