Summary: Please note that this review is for an apartment (rather than a hotel room.) The apartment is located behind the hotel, overlooking the parking lot. The apartment was decent, but overall nothing particularly special. The furniture and equipment feel somewhat dated, and a few items are in need of replacement, including the mattress and pillows, as well as the dishcloth and dish brush. On the positive side, I appreciated that the refrigerator was clean. The apartment does have air conditioning, but unfortunately it was not sufficient to cope with the heat. It also automatically switched off after a few hours, which was particularly inconvenient at night. I asked whether the settings could be adjusted, but unfortunately this was not possible. There is a communal washing machine available for €5 per use (but no dryer) in the basement of the complex. However, when I inspected the machine, I was quite shocked by how dirty it was, and ultimately decided not to use it. The best feature of the property is definitely the beautiful park in front of the hotel. Chiara at the front desk was also exceptionally friendly and helpful. A big THANK YOU to her!
